Shipping

We dispatch our goods promptly upon receipt of payment and, where applicable, after the necessary verification of the required acquisition permit.

Please understand that we have no control over the shipping companies we use.

Firearms subject to acquisition permit requirements are shipped exclusively via a certified firearms courier with whom we have a long-standing and trusted business relationship. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other shipping methods or carriers. Firearms shipped to fellow dealers are also dispatched exclusively via courier.

Items not subject to acquisition permit requirements are shipped via DHL or Hermes. Items subject to age verification requirements can only be delivered in person upon verification of the recipient’s ID.

Shipping costs include: postage, VAT, packaging materials, expenses, and personnel costs.

• Firearms shipping for long guns up to 20 kg, max. *girth: 280 cm – €60.00
• Oversize surcharge for lengths exceeding 120 cm – +€18.60
• Saturday delivery surcharge (firearms) – +€25.00
• Ammunition shipping up to 10 kg, max. girth: 200 cm – €35.00
• Shipping with ID verification, up to 5 kg, max. dimensions 120 × 60 × 60 cm – €12.00
• Shipping with tracking ID, up to 25 kg, max. **girth: 80 cm – €9.00
• Oversize shipping (items not subject to acquisition permit requirements), up to 25 kg, length exceeding 120 cm – €28.00
